What to include
- Your Jira site URL (for example
acme.atlassian.net). - The repository and, for a replay, its ID from the Replay tab.
- A copy of the read-only report link, or a screenshot of the Overview tab.
Never send your GitHub token, private key or webhook secret by e-mail.
Self-help
- Open Jira settings > Apps > Sync Sentinel > Overview and click Run checks: every failed check shows its fix.
- Use Reconcile now to compare GitHub with Jira again.
- Use a dry run replay to see what would be published before you publish anything.
